- “Perpetual”, “Paid-up” or “Extended” license means a license of the SRD Software that extends indefinitely. Perpetual licenses do not include Maintenance Services.

- Maintenance Services must be purchased separately (SRD §2.8; General Maintenance Terms §1) and must cover all supported Software used at a single location (General Maintenance Terms §11).
