- Siemens may embed a reporting mechanism in Software to ensure authorized use. Customer provides information Siemens reasonably requests. Customer may self-audit with Siemens inventory tools, starting within 20 business days of notification and finishing within 20 business days of starting; if the self-audit is not satisfactory, Siemens or its agents may access Customer premises to complete the audit.
