- Definition
- Maintenance Services consist of (a) Software updates, (b) Error corrections, and (c) technical support. Perpetual Software licenses do not include Maintenance Services which must be purchased separately.
- Commercial rules
- Initial annual term or other period on the Order; renewal deemed accepted by paying the invoice or receiving services; additional licenses may be co-termed and pro-rated (§3). SISW may increase maintenance fees with at least 60 days’ notice before term expiry; Customer must purchase Maintenance Services for all supported Software used at a single location (§11). Tokens reach new functionality only if base license and Tokens are on active maintenance (SRD §3.2).
