- Subscription Management: products "that include assists" carry a Purchased assists quantity; usage is tracked as used assists per instance, domain and skill. Product subscriptions overview calls the aggregate "Now Assist usage entitlements".
- Counting rules
- Account-level: purchased assists from all subscriptions are aggregated and compared with assists consumed across all instances (production and non-production). Per skill, Total assists = Number of actions x Assist ratio. Assists used in demo instances are excluded. Assists may be the primary or secondary line item of a purchase (Entitlement type).

- No published pack size or floor; purchased quantity is the Order Form line item.
