- Seats are purchased by the organization and assigned to people; "Enterprise pricing is per seat." Enterprise Pro and Enterprise Max seats are counted separately.
- Counting rules
- A seat is Available (bought, unused), Assigned (member with paid access) or Invited (pending invitation). Removing a member frees the seat but does not lower the seat count bought; reductions are made in Billing and apply from the next billing period.
- Floors / minimums
- Organizations with 50 or more seats, or at least one Enterprise Max seat, unlock SCIM, audit logs and configurable data retention.
