- Usage-based pricing definitions: "A Full Platform User is any user who can log into Customer's Account(s) and access the New Relic Product functionality described in an Order and the Documentation."
- Counting rules
- Counted per calendar month (UTC). A user's billable user type for the month is the highest type set at any point in that month, so a user upgraded briefly counts as a full platform user for the whole month. Users are billable once added as billable users, even if they never log in (Pending invite). Users with the same email address in an organization count once. First and last billing months are prorated. Under committed contracts, a user downgraded and returned to full platform twice in a contract year is billed as a full platform user for the rest of that year.

- Free edition: one free full platform user. Standard: first user USD 10, then USD 99 each, maximum five. Pro and Enterprise: unlimited. All full platform users in an organization are on the same edition.
