  2. Data ingested beyond the free 100 GB costs USD 0.40 per GB (original data option) or USD 0.60 per GB (Data Plus) on the Standard and Pro editions.[2]

  3. There are three user types, basic (free), core and full platform, with prices that vary by edition; platform access depends on the user type.[3]

  4. Standard is limited to 5 full platform users; Pro allows unlimited full platform users, and Pro and Enterprise offer optional full consumption pricing with no user licences.[4]

  5. Customers with paid subscriptions are governed by New Relic's Terms of Service, while unpaid accounts such as trials are covered by separate terms.[5]
