- Individual License Administration: "An Individual License enables a single named user to run MathWorks® software on a limited number of computers." The License Center lists the user by the email address of their MathWorks Account.
- Counting rules
- Count each named person added to the licence. The user may install on a limited number of computers; the numeric limit is set in the Software License Agreement and Program Offering Guide, which MathWorks distributes with the software and behind sign-in, not on its public pages. Deactivating a computer frees it for another installation. The licence file generated for an Individual licence ties to a specific operating-system user name on the computer.
