- If MATLAB or toolboxes fall out of maintenance on a perpetual licence, the products can still be used at the releases they are licensed through. Individual and Designated Computer licence files include old product seats automatically; Concurrent and Network Named User licences where only some keys lapse may need a custom licence file from MathWorks with counts per release.
