- ServiceDesk Plus license management FAQ: "Any asset with the product type as IT asset is considered as a node." Examples given are workstations, servers, printers, routers, switches and access points.
- Counting rules
- Nodes are discovered by scanning and each takes up a licence. Assets moved to Expired or Disposed state stop counting. Non-IT assets and assets defined as components (for example monitors attached to a workstation) do not count. IT assets are licensed only in the Professional and Enterprise editions.
- Floors / minimums
- Priced in bundles with technicians (for example 2 technicians and 250 IT assets); IT assets above 10,000 are sold on request.
