- Terms of Service, Fees and Payments: "Paid Subscriptions are available under subscription plans of various durations. Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period unless you inform us that you do not wish to renew the subscription."
- Commercial rules
- Customers who do not wish to renew must inform Zoho at least seven days before the renewal date. Payments are not refundable. Zoho may prescribe usage limits per plan and may restrict activity at the limit. User licences may not be shared by more than one individual, other than by reassignment.
