- Customer Terms of Service s.1: "Contact" means a single individual (other than a User) whose information is stored by you in the Subscription Service. Under the legacy Marketing Hub terms all Contacts count toward the Maximum Contacts.
- Counting rules
- Legacy Marketing Hub: HubSpot reviews the number of Contacts between 40 and 25 days before the next Billing Period (Professional, Enterprise) or on the last day of the Billing Period (Starter) and moves the subscription to the matching tier. Contacts removed only temporarily to avoid a fee increase may still be counted.
