- Exact Terms and Conditions July 2019, art. 1: "the natural person for whom a User-ID is created, which User-ID gives access to the Software (irrespective of whether they use the Software or not) and/or to the Customer Portal". A User-ID may only be used by that Named User.
- Counting rules
- Count every natural person with a User-ID, whether or not they actually use the software. The Licence File states the maximum number; the customer must ensure the number of Named Users does not exceed it (art. 23). Maintenance and subscription fees are tied to the licensed quantity.
