- Commercial rules
- Additional orders are added co-terminously and invoiced pro rata to the next Renewal Date, then on the entire licence value. Re-joining maintenance after a gap costs the Maintenance Fee retroactively from the end of the last agreement. Exact may charge for excessive use of Support. Use of an Update older than 3 months after a new Update is released is outside maintenance obligations.
