- Exact Terms and Conditions July 2019, Part F: "Subscription" means Exact’s provision of a right to use the Software as in Part B and/or Support and Maintenance as in Part D, for a monthly subscription fee.
- Commercial rules
- Monthly fee per part of the Software, paid monthly in advance, by direct debit by default. Entered into for one year, not terminable early, then renewed monthly unless one month’s notice is given. A new Licence File may be issued yearly or monthly. When the subscription ends, the right to use the Software ends automatically.
