- Exact Terms and Conditions July 2019, Part B: a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software and Documentation, to install it once on a server and to create the maximum number of administrations and/or databases indicated in the Licence File.
- Commercial rules
- Licence fee per component of the Software, due whether or not the Software is used. Use only on the customer’s own computer system for internal business operations and for the Named Users in the Licence File. One backup copy allowed. Terminating maintenance for part of the Software (for example some Named Users or modules) ends the right of use for that part.
