- Definition
- eSignature Service Schedule: "“Envelope” means an electronic record containing one or more eDocuments consisting of a single page or a group of pages of data uploaded to the System." Envelope Allowance is the cumulative number of Envelopes that may be sent by Authorized Users.
- Counting rules
- An Envelope is consumed when sent, whether or not anyone receives or acts on it. A PowerForm is consumed when accessed. Envelopes sent by bulk send or automated batch sending, including through an API, count. The allowance is pooled across all Authorized Users. On seat plans the allowance is Seats x 100 Envelopes per 12-month period unless the Order Form says otherwise. The pricing FAQ adds that an envelope counts once regardless of the number of documents, fields and signers.
- Floors / minimums
- Personal: 5 Envelopes per month. Standard and Business Pro: 100 per user per year on annual plans, 10 per user per month on monthly plans. Developer Starter: starting amount of 40 envelopes per month; Intermediate 100 per month (pricing pages).
