- Allowance of 100 Automation Sends per user per year (10 per user per month on monthly web plans), pooled at account level across all user seats; for multi-year terms the entire term allowance is available from the Order Start Date. For IAM Enterprise, IAM for Sales and IAM for CX, third-party integration sends are excluded from this allowance and, for Order Start Dates from 2026-02-20, subject to a separate allowance of 200 sends per user per year.
