- Counting rules
- For ControlUp for VDI, named users are counted for RDSH/VDI and non-RDSH/VDI machines, using the maximum of Real-Time DX historical data or unmanaged Citrix/Horizon sessions. The same username in an Azure VM and a Citrix VM counts once; agentless unmanaged VMs, agentless cloud instances and general-purpose servers are not counted. The current count is shown in the Unique Users widget of the Session Activity report.
