- SaaS Agreement s.3.1: Affiliates may use the Services under their own Order, or under the customer's Order if they are identified before execution (or approved in writing), stay within the licensed volumes, and the customer remains liable for their fees and overages. Affiliates do not inherit the customer's pricing (s.3.4).
