- Auto-Renewal Policy s.1-2: direct customers with ARR up to USD 75,000 are automatically enrolled; subscriptions renew for one year at the same licence type and quantity unless cancelled.
- Commercial rules
- Renewal fees rise by no more than the lower of 15% or the then-current list price. Cancellation needs written notice to AutoRenewals@controlup.com at least 30 days before renewal; ControlUp sends a renewal notice 45 to 60 days before. Adjustments made 60 or more days before expiry are included in the renewal. Excludes on-premises, perpetual and reseller purchases.
