- Engineering Software Schedule s.2.16(a): for the CALM model, "a notional unit that provides access to the Software when redeemed through creation of a License Key". Token cost = tokens per License Access Unit x number of LAUs x number of Simultaneous Users (s.6.3(b)).
- Counting rules
- A License Access Unit is a Day or a Month or a combination; AVEVA combines LAUs in the most cost-effective manner. Keys expire at midnight on the last day of the License Period. Unused Tokens expire at the end of the Order Form without refund.
