- Commercial rules
- Customer buys Flex Credits; the contract lists products and their cost per the CALM rate plan; orders against an ALS server or AELS site generate a licence file. Orders can be cancelled only before licences are downloaded. Engineering Schedule s.6.3 sets the token rules (LAUs, no refund for keys generated in error, tokens expire with the Order Form).
