- Definition
- Token means the individual unit of measurement that may be applied toward access to and use of Flex Offerings in accordance with the consumption rates shown on the Flex Rate Sheet. A Flex Token is exclusive to Flex and cannot be used in place of tokens, credits or other similar proxies associated with other Offerings. Token Rate means the rate at which a Flex Offering consumes Tokens when the Flex Offering is first accessed by an Authorized User.
- Counting rules
- Token Rate: for per-day rates, the day is the contiguous 24-hour period that begins when an Authorized User first launches the Flex Offering. Unlimited Authorized Users; each must be registered in Autodesk Account and assigned to a Team with access to at least one Token Pack. TOU: each Authorized User may access a Flex Offering on one Electronic Device at a time. Tokens expire 12 months from Token Pack purchase. Individual Tokens and partial Token Packs are not available. Zero balance = no access, including zero-rate products. Flex FAQ (product-help, subordinate to TOU): 5-minute sign-in grace; one charge per named user per product per 24 hours; install on up to 3 devices / run 1 (conflicts with TOU one Electronic Device; TOU controls). These rates do not apply to Token Flex desktop products.

- Daily rates from Flex rate sheet PDF (© 2021, $3 SRP/token as of 2021-09-07): AutoCAD 7; Inventor Professional 8; Revit 10; Maya 6; 3ds Max 6; Fusion 360 2. Tokens expire 365 days. No per-user token cap. Packs not split across teams. PDF: Autodesk may modify daily token rates prospectively.
