- Flex enables Authorized Users to access eligible Autodesk products on demand with Tokens. Any Offering eligible for Flex is listed on the Flex Rate Sheet and is known as a “Flex Offering.” “Token” means the individual unit of measurement that may be applied toward access to and use of Flex Offerings in accordance with the consumption rates shown on the Flex Rate Sheet. A Flex Token is exclusive to Flex and cannot be used in place of tokens, credits or other similar proxies associated with other Offerings. Non-Flex tokens, credits or other similar proxies associated with other Offerings cannot be used for Flex.

- Prepaid Token Packs. Unlimited Authorized Users, but each must be registered, set up in Autodesk Account, and assigned to a Team with access to at least one (1) Token Pack. Each Authorized User may access a Flex Offering on one (1) Electronic Device at a time (TOU). Individual Tokens and partial Token Packs are not available. Flex Offerings have no fixed contract term. All Tokens expire twelve (12) months from the date of purchase of the Token Pack containing those Tokens. Token Rate per-day: the “day” is the contiguous twenty-four (24)-hour period that begins when an Authorized User first launches the Flex Offering. Zero Token Pack balance = no access, including zero-rate products. Live buying page (retrieved 2026-08-31): packs 33/$99, 100/$300, 500/$1,500 at $3.00 per token (FLEXACCESS / offeringId OD-000163). Daily rates: 2021 PDF Fusion 360 2 tokens/day; live buying-page HTML Fusion 3 tokens/day (2026-08-31) — the dated sources differ. Flex Rate Sheet rates do not apply to Token Flex desktop products. Autodesk publishes no Named-User-to-token conversion. Flex FAQ (product-help, subordinate to TOU): 5-minute sign-in/out does not charge; one charge per named user per product per 24 hours; admins cannot set a per-user token cap; mix of Flex and subscription allowed (subscription used first if same Autodesk ID). Device-count conflict: TOU = one Electronic Device at a time; Flex FAQ = install on up to 3 devices / run from one; TOU controls. Flex ≠ Token Flex / EBA (buying-page FAQ: purchasing Flex does not put the customer in a Token Flex Enterprise Business Agreement). Cloud Credits retired (replaced by Flex tokens as of 29 March 2022; individual credits expired 29 March 2023) — not this program.
