- You must have an active Offering (e.g., Single User, Flex, or Token Flex) for each Autodesk product that You or Your Authorized User seek to access and use with a Capacity Offering (Underlying Offering). For Capacity Offerings in which Token Flex is the Underlying Offering, Your Authorized Users may continue to use the Capacity Offering(s) even if Your Token Flex token balance reaches zero (0), in which case You will be required to pay for such excess token usage in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by Your enterprise business agreement for Your Token Flex Offering.

- Public docs incorporate the Cloud Services Catalog, Additional Terms, and Usage Data Table in the Token Flex Program via the customer Agreement. TOU treats Token Flex as an Underlying Offering distinct from Flex. Capacity Offerings with Token Flex as Underlying Offering may continue at token balance zero, with excess paid per the EBA. APS only: 1 Flex Token and/or 1 cloud credit equals 1 Token Flex Token for Autodesk Platform Services use. Flex Rate Sheet rates do not apply to desktop AutoCAD/Revit/Inventor/Maya/3ds Max Token Flex daily rates. Autodesk publishes no Named-User-to-Token Flex conversion.
