- TOU Flex: “Individual Tokens and partial Token Packs are not available.” “Flex Offerings have no fixed contract term. All Tokens expire twelve (12) months from the date of purchase of the Token Pack containing those Tokens. No credit, refund or other accommodation will be provided by Autodesk in connection with Token expiration.” You may not sell or sub-license Tokens; Token Pack transfer to an Affiliated Entity requires remaining balance transferred in full. FAQ: remaining tokens at pack end date expire and do not roll over.
