- TOU Flex: “A Flex Token is exclusive to Flex and cannot be used in place of tokens, credits or other similar proxies associated with other Offerings. Non-Flex tokens, credits or other similar proxies associated with other Offerings cannot be used for Flex.” Reverse also stated: non-Flex tokens/credits/proxies cannot be used for Flex. The APS rule “1 Flex Token and/or 1 cloud credit equals 1 Token Flex Token for Autodesk Platform Services use” (Additional Terms) is not a general Flex-to-Token Flex exchange rate. Flex Tokens do not apply to an EBA, and Token Flex does not apply to Flex.
