- Partner Agreement and Product Delivery Requirements: authorized MSP and MSP Plus (MSPP) partners may sell, use and deliver Products to End Users under the PDR for each product category in the Product List.
- Commercial rules
- The General Terms licence is extended so the partner can use Products for End Users listed on an active Order Form, never for its own network. Partners keep records for at least two years after the term for audit.
