- License Metrics s.1.1: a User-Based License is a product "limited to a certain number of Authorized Users" and "may only be used by one Authorized User on one personal computer." EULA s.3.2: Authorized Users are personnel "authorized to use the Purchased Product and for whom the applicable license fees are paid".
- Counting rules
- Each Authorized User must be identified to Alteryx (e.g. by a valid email address). The count of Authorized Users must not exceed the User-Based Licenses purchased. A licence may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers. Reassignment is allowed when a person leaves or no longer needs the product, but not so often that one licence is shared.
