Mindful Callback
Mindful Callback is the callback component of Mindful by Medallia, a contact center product that removes hold time. It dials the customer side of the callback before bridging the call to the right agent, which keeps agent occupancy high while callers avoid waiting. It is used with Mindful Scheduler for web-based queueing and SMS notifications for schedule changes, and it integrates with legacy on-premises and cloud contact center platforms.
