Statement: EULA 1.6.3: once assigned, a licence may be re-assigned to another Device or Named-User no more than four times per year, except after permanent hardware failure, loss or replacement, the end of the user's employment or service contract, or a temporary re-assignment to cover a failed Device. Vector may check Assignment data for compliance (1.6.4). (effective 2026-10-01)
