- EULA Annex 1 section 1.1.1: "A Device License grants the right to use the licensed Product on or together with one (1) Device. The Device can be the Physical Desktop itself or it can be connected to the Physical Desktop." A Device is "a single physical hardware system": a physical Desktop, a Vector hardware interface (e.g. VN1630) or a Vector dongle.
- Counting rules
- One licence per assigned Device; the Product may run simultaneously on only one Physical Desktop. No remote connection, no Virtual Desktop, no compile or build server, and the Device may not be virtualized or shared through a dongle server (Annex 1 section 1.1.2). Assignment before use; re-assignment at most four times per year except for hardware failure, loss, replacement or end of employment (section 1.6.3). Technically activated on one Device only.
