- EULA Annex 1 section 1.2.1: "A Named-User License grants the right to use the licensed Product on one (1) Physical or Virtual Desktop at the same time for one (1) Named-User for his own purposes." A Named-User is "a specific natural person to whom a Named-User License has been assigned" and "must not be an anonymous, fictitious or technical user".

- One licence per assigned natural person, usable on one Physical or Virtual Desktop at a time, including through a remote connection by that person; not on compile or build servers. Network-based activation on a License Server with a user list, or Device-based activation on up to two Devices or Virtual Desktops that can be changed as often as required (Annex 1 section 1.2.3). Re-assignment limit of section 1.6.3 applies.
