- Flex Fair Usage Policy s.3: Standard Products included with each Active or Named User (TaskRouter, Studio, Functions, Programmable Voice Platform, Flex Conversations and others) are subject to Twilio-set usage limits; excess is charged at the then-current rates on twilio.com/pricing, and unused units cannot be transferred between users. PSTN connectivity, recording storage and third-party fees are charged separately.
