- SLA s.8: on request the Licensee must let thinkcell, its Affiliates or an auditor acceptable to the Licensee verify qualitative and quantitative use, provide information and records and allow a check of the hardware and software environment. If the review finds use outside the License Scope, the Licensee bears the audit costs.
