- Tenable Master Agreement §4(b): if the customer exceeds the licence restrictions it must purchase an upgraded licence covering all actual or additional usage, and Tenable or its Reseller may promptly invoice the overage at a price not exceeding Tenable's then-current rates. Tenable meters resource utilisation and assesses the likeness or uniqueness of Scan Targets; discrepancies in Scan Target or utilisation counts are the customer's sole responsibility to resolve.
