- Tenable One Web App Scanning Licensing: licences are assigned "to assets in your environment: unique fully qualified domain names (FQDNs). If you only scan IP addresses, the system licenses those instead." FQDNs scanned for vulnerabilities in the past 90 days count.
- Counting rules
- A target is a separate asset if any FQDN component (hostname, parent domain, top-level domain) differs; different paths under the same FQDN are one asset. A web application FQDN and the host it runs on are distinct licensed assets and are not merged by Count Once deduplication. In Nessus Expert, web application licences are tracked by FQDN and port for a rolling 90-day period and cannot be released early by deleting scan data.
