- EULA (2026-07-27) sec. B.3.4: where server-side software is customer-hosted, TeamViewer may audit compliance every six months through a secure remote connection to evaluate recorded usage, and once a year at Customer’s premises with at least five business days’ notice during normal business hours, optionally through a third party bound by confidentiality.
