Tanium may audit once in any 12-month period, by deployment report

- During the agreement and for one year after, Tanium may audit no more than once in any 12-month period, may request a system-generated deployment report to be provided within 30 days, conducts audits in normal business hours, and the customer must remediate (including buying licences) within 30 days of the final audit report. The Cloud Subscription Agreement contains the same clause.
