- The EULA and Cloud Subscription Agreement grant a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable licence for the Licence or Subscription Term, for internal use only and in accordance with the Documentation. The Offerings may not be used for anyone else's benefit, transferred, rented or timeshared.
