- BULA s.37: the customer must keep records of all use, installation and deployment, including through a Virtualization Environment; Parallels may audit at its expense during the subscription and two years after, not more than once a year unless unlicensed use is found (then up to quarterly for a year), with 30 days to provide data and 30 days' notice of an onsite audit. Excess use is paid with licence and maintenance fees, interest of 1.0% a month and recovery costs; unlicensed use above 5% shifts audit costs to the customer. (effective 2026-04-01)
