- BULA Part II option (b) for Parallels Desktop Enterprise Edition: "Enable the running and operation of the Parallels Desktop Software for as many Devices or Users as the Subscription License permits." KB 129133 describes the per-user licence activated through the organisation's identity provider.
- Counting rules
- One seat per user regardless of the number of Macs: a user with Parallels Desktop on three Macs counts as one seat (KB 129133). Seats are assigned when the user signs in with the corporate account and are revoked automatically when the user is removed from the identity provider (with SCIM) or has not logged in for a month. Enterprise Edition allows per-device and per-user activations under the same licence.
