- EULA s.4 Overuse: for Products licensed on a consumption, volume or capacity basis (accounts, credits, endpoints, devices, points, seats, GB or TB, tokens, users, workloads), the customer must monitor usage; at the end of each month, quarter or year Palo Alto Networks may perform a true-up reconciliation, charge for usage above the purchased capacity and require additional licences on a go-forward basis.
