- Each Cortex XDR agent registers to obtain a licence; licences return to the pool 30 days after a standard or mobile endpoint stops connecting, and immediately after log-off (otherwise 90 minutes) for non-persistent VDI and temporary sessions. Over-allocation falls back to a Cortex XDR Prevent policy after a 14-day grace period. Cortex XDR Pro EP is designed for on-premises physical or virtual hosts.
