- ONTAP documentation: existing licences on supported systems stay valid; a missing licence such as SnapMirror can only be obtained by upgrading to ONTAP One for an additional fee. From June 2023 systems with 28-character keys can also upgrade to ONTAP One or ONTAP Base compatibility bundles. (effective 2026-08-26)
