Unique credentials; no shared or departmental IDs

Statement: Each Authorized User must have their own unique user ID and password if not using SSO. Alias or departmental-prefix IDs are not permitted except for the License Administrator, who must assign themselves a licence to be an Authorized User. Credentials must not be shared.
Applies when: Generic or shared accounts are found.
Applies to: Named User-Based subscriptions.
