- GTC s.7.1.3: the customer may add Services or increase usage quantities at any time during the Subscription Term with advance notice, at additional fees. It may not reduce quantities, downgrade or remove Services during a Subscription Term. Reductions, downgrades or removals take effect at the start of a Renewal Term if written notice is given at least 30 days before the renewal date. All Services Orders are non-cancellable except as the Agreement provides.
