- Supplementary Terms concerning Products (2026-07-01): "A "Transaction" shall mean an individual API request such as GET, PUT, POST, DELETE or PATCH made to the REST API service of Matrix42 solution."
- Counting rules
- Each individual REST API request counts as one Transaction. Transactions included in a User License are governed by the Fair-Usage-Policy described in the Service Description; exceeding it allows Matrix42 to invoice the next Tier from the day the limit was exceeded until the end of the License Term.
