MSP seats cannot be interchanged between customers

- User-based services are licensed to MSPs per Seat. Seats may not be interchanged with customers; an MSP may reassign Seats to a new customer only when its contract with the previous customer ends. Seat or domain add-ons need separate KnowBe4 approval and the MSP must document compliance on first request.
